Is the first call really free?
Yes. Thirty minutes of scoping with a partner is how we decide whether we are the right firm for the mandate, and how you decide the same about us.
How quickly can you start?
For standard scopes — formation, a licence application, a work permit batch — usually within a week of an accepted proposal. Transactions and disputes are scheduled against your timetable.
Can we sign an NDA before discussing details?
Of course, and lawyers in Vietnam are bound by professional confidentiality in any case. Send yours or we will send ours.
Do you advise on tax and accounting too?
Together with ECOVIS member firms in Vietnam, yes — one mandate can cover legal, tax, accounting and audit with a single point of contact.
We already have a Vietnamese adviser. Can you give a second opinion?
Regularly. We review what has been filed and what is outstanding, and say plainly whether the current approach carries risk.
