Professional status and regulation

ECOVIS Vietnam Law is a law firm licensed to practise Vietnamese law. Its lawyers are admitted in Vietnam and are members of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, subject to the Law on Lawyers and to the professional conduct rules of the Vietnam Bar Federation.

The professional title “Luật sư” (attorney-at-law) is conferred in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
