How to use these
Working documents, not marketing collateral
They are written for internal use — a project manager, a CFO, an HR lead. Where a point genuinely needs a lawyer, the document says so instead of pretending otherwise.
Hand them to the function that owns the work
HR, finance and project management can act on most items without legal involvement. Escalation points are marked.
Use them to challenge a proposal
If an adviser's scope omits something on the checklist, ask why. Sometimes there is a good reason.
Keep them as an audit trail
A completed checklist is evidence that the question was asked — useful when headquarters reviews the decision two years later.
FAQ
About the Knowledge Hub
Is the material free, and is there a catch?
Free, and the only condition is a working email address so we can send the link and tell you when the document is updated. No sales sequence follows.
How current is the content?
Each document carries an update date. We revise them when a rule or a filing practice changes, which in Vietnam is more often than annually.
Can I share these inside my company?
Yes — they are written to be circulated internally. Please keep the ECOVIS attribution on the document.
Is this legal advice?
No. These are general working documents. They cannot account for your structure, sector or site, and applying them to a specific decision needs advice on the facts.
Need the version that fits your project?
We adapt these documents to a specific structure, sector and site as part of a scoping engagement.
