Nguyen Nhuan

Attorney Nguyen Nhuan is a Partner of ECOVIS Vietnam Law. He advises domestic and international clients on corporate, commercial and technology matters, foreign direct investment and operational compliance projects.

His work spans entity structuring and governance for newly incorporated foreign-invested enterprises, commercial and technology contracts, and the compliance obligations that follow licensing. He is a practicing Attorney-at-Law in Vietnam, works in English and Vietnamese, and draws on ECOVIS International’s wider network for clients whose matters cross borders.
